A 1976 graduate of Baptist College of Springfield, Missouri with B.A., and Th.G. He has a M.A. from Louisiana Baptist Seminary and is currently a candidate for his Ph.D.
Pastor Phillips is the founding Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church, which had its beginnings in 1983. He has 4 kids, 10 grandkids, and 6 great-grandkids. He has also been very active in many community organizations, including Mayor of Tiffin for 2 terms.
